Christmas!
We thought we'd make a family Christmas card with a picture. Since I've always felt that trying to hold a brand-new baby upright for a traditional picture tends to make the baby look weird and lumpy, I tried to get creative.
But it just wasn't going well. So we tried this:
See? Weird and lumpy.

In that top photo, where she's looking to the left, she looks EXACTLY like Linus Van Pelt from Peanuts. Exactly. (Eric notes that her name would even fit into the Van Pelt family... Lucy, Linus, Lea.) (That's not supposed to induce any sort of negative feelings -- I'm not saying she looks like a boy or a cartoon character or anything like that!) :)
